First stop on our weekend trip was Tuscany.
We only stopped in Tuscany for a few hours to have a tour of the Castello Banfi and go wine tasting. I enjoyed getting away from Rome and seeing green for the first time in weeks! It was a beautiful drive and I wish we got to spend more time to discover the place.

After Tuscany, we stopped in a very small town called Pienza for lunch. Pienza is exactly how I imagined an old Italian village to be like. It was so cute and had the most amazing view of the country side.
